1. Delivery Regions & Modes

We ship to Australia, Bhutan, Canada, Malaysia, Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, UAE, and USA.
All shipments are sent by air via trusted international partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Free Standard Shipping: 10 – 15 business days (average)
  • Express Air Shipping: 7 – 10 business days (₹500 extra)

Times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, weather, or local courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard: Free for all international orders
  • Express: ₹500 per order

4. Customs & Duties

All customs, duties, and import taxes are paid by Claura. Customers will not incur extra fees at delivery.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failures, it will be returned to Claura and the order cancelled without refund, as re-importing items is prohibited.

6. No Returns on International Orders

Due to cross-border logistics and customs regulations, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos — we will arrange refund or reshipment as appropriate.

7. Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided by email/SMS once the parcel is dispatched.

8. Force Majeure Delays

Claura is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, flight disruptions, strikes, or natural calamities.
